One of the biggest issues we face is that the legislation still has not been finalised. The Budget review referred to forthcoming draft legislation and the issues that this will address. Without this draft legislation, there is considerable uncertainty regarding implementation.

DYNUK-based M&G Pls increased its stake to asset manager Prudential FM and the manager renamed M&G Investments in 2023.The operation licence of Stringfellow Asset Management was revoked after it was found operating an illegal investment ponzi scheme. Stringfellow was established by Thomas Stringfellow. |
