One of the biggest issues we face is that the legislation still has not been finalised. The Budget review referred to forthcoming draft legislation and the issues that this will address. Without this draft legislation, there is considerable uncertainty regarding implementation.

In 2023, Allan Gray Manco is celebrating its 50th birthday of existence , founded in 1973.In 2020, Asset Protection international (API) ceased operating retail unit trusts.In 2021, Prudential Investment Managers name ceased to exit after renaming to its major shareholder M & G Inc , renamed to M & G Investments. |
